Lost in Barcelona

Some of the members of the Factiva Insight management team proved on a recent trip to the Factiva Media Lab's office in Barcelona, Spain, that we can get lost just about anywhere. It's not a metaphor for our business. Really, it's not.

The trip was a great chance to sit down and discuss the state of our business with the multilingual team of Dow Jones media analysts who call this great city their home.

Getting lost in Barcelona is at least much better than getting lost in say, Bayonne NJ...

Nice picture. I like this city very much. A handsome modern city, Barcelona has broad avenues, bustling traffic, and striking new buildings. The old city, with winding, narrow streets, has many Historic structures, including the imposing Cathedral of Santa Eulalie. Also notable is the church of the Sagrada Familia, designed by Antonio Gaudí and not finished yet. There are too many nice places to see in the city, also has some very good Museums. Also I like that many of Barcelona hotels are not expensive. And of course a trip to Barcelona wouldn't be complete without strolling down Las Ramblas through stalls selling flowers and birds, the street artists inventing even more intriguing things to mime and be painted up as statues, and buy packs of fresh fruit from the colourful market.

Very interesting. To lost in another city is usual thing for me. But don't panic, just ask help from locals. I also have been to 6. Barcelona and I really like this fascinating city. We walked around a lot, took many pics, did many crazy stuffs together, and had some Spanish food (Paella, seafoods etc) n Spanish drink (Sangria, Horchata). Here are some pics in Barcelona:
